Development of Winning Behaviours |
Employees with the lowest stress levels and with reduced exposure to the causes of stress are those that display the most positive winning behaviours and are the most productive and effective employees with the least likelihood of taking sick leave.
Using our ADT profiling system we can identify the level of Winning Behaviour an employee exhibits and use the information to improve their “score” in this area. In this way, employees are less likely to become stressed and more likely to increase productivity.
